Patricia Santa María

Founder and CEO of MINERBA, a corporate communications firm based in Argentina, specializing in strategic communication, corporate positioning, and crisis management.

Throughout her career, she has worked with leading media organizations and multinationals, advising on brand positioning, industry advocacy, and the development of mass communication platforms. Her expertise combines deep knowledge of the media ecosystem with a comprehensive understanding of sociopolitical dynamics and corporate communications.


She specializes in high-stakes reputation management, strategic positioning, and complex, multi-market communication challenges, operating at the intersection of business, media, and society.

Marcia Méndez

Based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, Marcia is partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MINERBA.

She is co-founder of BMG Group, a Bolivian holding company that offers corporate solutions in finance, human resources, and training.

She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance and has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having held key positions in international companies linked to financial services, risk analysis, and strategic planning.

Her career combines business vision, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of corporate dynamics in Latin America.

Ciro Dias Reis

He is the founder of Imagem Corporativa, one of the most recognized public relations agencies in Brazil.

Over more than two decades, he has led corporate reputation projects, crisis management, executive training programs, and sustainability strategies for companies and institutions in Brazil and internationally. His work has been characterized by integrating communication with the contemporary challenges of the business environment.

Currently, he is part of the board of PRCA Latam (Public Relations & Communications Association) and ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organization). He is also a member of the Advisory Council and the Crisis Communication Think Tank at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia.

Among his most notable institutional roles, he was Global Chair of PROI Worldwide for two years and president of Abracom, the association that groups PR agencies in Brazil, a position he held for four years

Vanessa Ramalho

She is Partner and Executive Director, of Imagem Corporativa in Brazil. She is a specialist in corporate communication and ESG, with over 20 years of experience in public relations, crisis management, and strategic brand positioning in Brazil and internationally.

She has worked on the launch of global operations in Brazil, including Alibaba/Ludatrade, Singapore Airlines, Panasonic Toughbook, and Crackle, and has developed communication initiatives for the UN Global Compact and the European Union during Rio+20.

She is a journalist trained at Fundação Getulio Vargas and has lived in London, where she collaborated with international media and studied at Birkbeck College.

Matías Cartajena

He founded Simplicity in Chile 13 years ago, after serving as General Manager of the global agency Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

He is a journalist and master’s in Public Policy, with over 20 years of experience in media and communications.

As CEO, he has led the company’s growth and diversification, as well as its expansion into the United States and Latin America since 2021.

In his career, he has advised more than 200 companies across various industries in Latin America and the United States. Expert in corporate, financial, legal communication, and crisis management.

Paula Lacámara

She is founder and Executive Director of Simplicity in Chile, a company focused on delivering integrated communication solutions.

Journalist and a graduate in Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. MBA in Strategic Communication from Diego Portales University–ESERP Business School (Spain).

She worked at leading agencies in Chile, where she specialized in the fields of communication and marketing, leading projects related to the financial, real estate, consumer, education, tourism, and technology sectors, among others.

With 20 years of experience in communications, she has advised more than 200 national and international companies.

Eduardo Bertrán

He is founder and General Creative Director of Simplicity in Chile.

Audiovisual communicator with over 15 years of experience in various media (films, documentaries, radio, television hosting, print, and digital media), directing creative strategies at both national and international levels across diverse industries (from music labels to health, government, startups, country image, and mining).

He was part of the writing team for the MTV LA Awards and was nominated for several awards as a music video director on the same channel. He also directed documentaries such as “80s” (EMI Music), as well as the official historical record of the rescue operation for the 33 miners in Atacama, and served as archival director for the award-winning film “No,” which was nominated for an Oscar.

He has directed multiple award-winning creative campaigns, receiving Effie and Eikon awards for various clients.

Mauricio Ferro

He is President and co-founder of TANK in Colombia, a firm specialized in strategic communication and reputation management. He holds a degree in Business Administration from CESA and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

He has an extensive background in the communications sector, where he has been the founder of Position Comunicaciones and vice president of FD Gravitas. He also served as vice president of marketing at Microsoft Colombia and has advised six ministers in various roles within the Colombian government, contributing in areas of strategy, communication, and institutional reputation.

In the academic field, he has been a graduate professor at CESA and currently represents Latin America as Global Director of Crisis Management at PROI Worldwide, the largest network of independent public relations agencies globally.

Marta Mejía

She is founder and CEO of Zimat Consultores, Mexico’s leading firm  in strategic communication, which she has led since 1984.

Her professional background has focused on corporate communication and crisis management. She is recognized as one of the most influential figures in public relations in Mexico.

In 2024, she received the Career Award from the Communication Council in Mexico, a distinction that acknowledges her contribution to strengthening institutional reputation in both public and private sectors.

Currently, she presides over the Board of the Gonzalo Río Arronte Foundation, one of the philanthropic organizations with the largest capital and reach in Mexico.

Andrea Castro

She is partner at Zimat Consultores in Mexico and has over 25 years of experience in designing and executing corporate communication and public affairs strategies for both private companies and public sector institutions.

Her career includes serving as the principal advisor in the Office of Public Opinion and Image for the Presidency of Mexico during Vicente Fox’s administration, where she contributed to the construction of the institutional discourse in a politically crucial context for the country.

In the academic field, she is part of the faculty of the Diploma in Political Communication at the Institute of Social Research at UNAM, and she actively participates in sustainability and climate governance initiatives as a member of the Executive Committee of Chapter Zero Mexico, the national chapter of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Climate Governance Initiative.

Sofía Ambrosi

She is partner at Zimat Consultores, in Mexico, and has over 20 years of experience in corporate communication and public affairs strategies. Her career spans all phases of communication, including the financial communication, crisis management, and media relations.

She specializes in designing and implementing strategies aimed at strengthening institutional reputation and contributing to her clients’ business objectives. Among her most significant projects, she has led the 2018 coordination and implementation of the communication strategy for the Mexican private sector during the negotiations of the USMCA (Mexico–United States–Canada Agreement)

Federica Ruiz Maza

She is partner at Zimat Consultores in Mexico, has over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of communication strategies for national and international companies.

She has led teams responsible for projects that have received international awards such as the Stevie Awards, Holmes Report Sabre Awards, and Fundacom.

In 2006, she headed the marketing communication division of Zimat.

In 2021, she founded Zimat Monterrey, an office that has experienced sustained growth under her leadership, consolidating the firm’s presence in northern Mexico and positioning it as a benchmark in the region.

Pablo Cateriano Bellido

He is the president and partner of Metrica in Peru, a firm with which he leads reputation and positioning projects in sectors such as consumer goods, mining, industry, construction, logistics, automotive, beauty, and hospitality, among others.

 He holds a degree in Communication Sciences, with studies in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Lima. He completed a postgraduate program at the University of Navarra (Spain) and attended the CEO’s Management program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (United States).

He has an extensive background in media, having worked at El Comercio, La Prensa, the magazines Cosas and Posible, as well as América Televisión. He also was a partner at the consultancy Chirinos, Salinas & Cateriano, and served for five years as dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences and Technologies at San Ignacio de Loyola University.

He is the author of the book “The Art of Being and Appearing: How to Build and Maintain Corporate Reputation,” a publication that summarizes his over 25 years of experience in public relations consulting and strategic communication.

Pablo Cateriano Llosa

He is the CEO and partner of Metrica in Peru, a lawyer from the University of Lima, and holds a master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Northeastern University. Additionally, he is a professor of Corporate Image and Reputation at the University of Lima and serves as the Chair of the Institutional Relations Committee of ANDA Peru.”

With over 15 years of experience, he has led public relations campaigns, corporate communication, public affairs, crisis management, and influencer marketing for more than 100 brands in sectors such as consumer goods, technology, banking, mining, retail, construction, and telecommunications, among others.

In addition to his experience in law firms and at Métrica, he worked in the digital department of Edelman New York, the largest PR agency in the world. He is a regular judge for the Effie Awards, ANDA Awards, and the PRWeek Global Awards, which recognize best practices in communication at a global level.

Daniela Franco

She is the Business Development Manager for the LATAM Squad, bringing over 15 years of expertise in strategic communication and public affairs. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with diverse clients across local, national, and international landscapes.

Her experience includes significant roles within international organizations, such as the Organization of American States (OAS), where she participated in various electoral observation missions to measure the impact of the media.

In Mexico, she led political campaign initiatives, collaborated on educational projects, and advised international companies in the energy sector. Furthermore, she worked closely with the Business Coordinating Council and the Mexican Business Council. the two most important business groups in Mexico, on their public affairs agenda.

In the United States, she provided strategic advisement to the Minnesota Department of Education and engaged with various organizations to drive impactful initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s degree in Political Marketing, Governance, and Strategic Communication from Universidad Católica de Murcia.
